Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Barakah Wealth mobile application and related services (the “App”) provided by Barakah Wealth. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use the App. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account.

2. Educational purpose — not professional advice

The App does not promise any financial return, income, or outcome. Any figures, calculators (including zakat estimates), or projections are illustrative and may be inaccurate; verify them independently before acting.

3. Subscriptions & payments

Certain features may require a paid subscription. Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store / Google Play account settings. Except where required by law or store policy, payments are non-refundable.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, including: reverse-engineering it, disrupting its operation, attempting unauthorized access, or using it for unlawful purposes.

5. Intellectual property

The App, its content, and branding are owned by Barakah Wealth or its licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

6. User content

You retain ownership of the content you create in the App. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, process, and sync it to provide the service.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Barakah Wealth shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any financial loss, arising from your use of the App.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of United Kingdom, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
